Paperless Entry! If the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board can both do it, so can Bring Out Your Chinas! Download, fill out, and email the registration form to Addi, and she will send you a confirmation- then you can Paypal her the money, and voila, you will be registered!
Or, you may do it the old fashioned way, and print out the registration form, fill it out in your neatest, most legible writing, and send it along with a check to Addi at her new location. (She moved to Vista, an archaic town right next to Carlsbad.)
