Batches begin in 2010!
Our sweet little filly, Jellibaby, needed a sweet mom! Here she is- Velasquez Artistry's newest ceramic edition, Toot Sweet! Patiently, she stands over her darling foal- her crazy mini mane blowing in the breeze; thick tail wrapped around her leg. She's all sweetness, and she'll be coming in some sweet colors! She is being produced in an open custom glaze edition- details of which can be found below. Toot Sweet is a curio sized (not scaled!) horse, and she measures about 5" tall, 6" long, and 1 1/2'" wide. It is estimated that each piece will be priced around $375 - $475 ppd. domestic, inculding insurance. Color & pattern will determine the price (i.e. simpler pieces will cost less, and more complicated ones will be a bit more). A few Toot Sweet pieces will also be produced by Joan Berkwitz of Pour Horse Pottery. She will determine the distribution of her pieces, and says she will not be taking special orders.
How the Toot Sweet Distribution will work:
I plan on making "Sweeties" in batches, and posting them on this website to sell, as each batch is finished.

- Batches should consist of around 2-3 pieces each, in varying colors/patterns/prices.
- Batches should be posted around the 1st and 15th of each month, begining in February 2010.
- Batches will be announced first on the VelasquezArtistry Yahoo Group.
- Pieces will be sold first come/first serve; time payments will be available (see
the Sales Policy).
- The schedule may vary a bit from what's estimated, but the Yahoo Group will be kept updated.
