A) The color of the Jellibaby will be determined, if it hasn't already been.  This is the base color for the mare (e.g. Chestnut, Bay, Buckskin, etc...  the shade may differ, at the artist's discression). Dapple Gray is OK, if you feel it would go best with your filly.
B) Price will be determined based on level of detail work desired by the purchaser.  All markings/patterns/details will be determined by the artist.   Prices are as follows:

• Basic- White markings for solid horses, Minimal Tobiano/Sabino/Overo/Appy Blanket on marked horses. Hoof Growth Rings. $400 ppd.
  
• Medium- Light dappling on solid horses, more extensive markings on patterned horses.  Some ticking/kissy spots/hoof stripes/etc., where necessary $440 ppd.
• Fancy- All out crazy with the markings/patterns/details!  $475 ppd.

C) Let me know which option you choose.  You will not be able to tell me what types of markings/patterns/details you want on the horse, but if there is something you do not like (e.g. blue eyes, high whites, etc.) You may tell me up to three of those. 

D) After it is confirmed that I will be able to make your horse, a deposit of a minimum of $100 will be due within 5 business days.  You will be notified when your horse will be done soon, that you may send the balance.  The horses here should be finished by the end of January/beginning of February, 2010.  Horses paid in full will be worked on first.  Your horse will be shipped upon completion of payment.  The Velasquez Artistry Sales Policy will apply to this sale, as will the terms put forth on this page.  My work is guarenteed, according to the sales policy.  You aknowledged your agreeement of these terms by entering.
